[VoiceOps] UK NTS scam

Thanks for all the advice guys, we've already blocked 447 years ago.  The out payment makes sense and falls in like with what I was seeing(lots of short duration calls). While i'm fine rate wise. my carrier is not and i'll let them know about it.
