[VoiceOps] Avaya IP Office sending Caller ID

There are two areas I can think of that you need to verify. The first would be under the menu option LINE, then click SIP URI and set "Use User Data" for the contact, local URI, and display name fields. The second place would be under the menu option USER, then select an extension, click the SIP tab, and ensure the display name is populated.
