I've always pushed Qwest DSL customers to the Actiontec M1000 series
when possible.  If there's a failure, they can get replacements at
Best Buy and Wal-Mart.  Never had any issues (in general) with the
Actiontec gear.  They've got rudimentary QOS to avoid upstream
congestion.
