[VoiceOps] [outages] VoIP - complete outage at DASH Carrier Services

I'm the exact opposite, I've had issues with their billing/invoices that led to our account getting shut off on a Friday. Support ignored me until Monday when the 'Accounting' department came back in. Their sales & support offered no escalation procedures. They were sending invoices to the wrong address. They sent a certified letter that was returned yet they still shut our account off. A phone call or e-mail would have resolved it all but that never happened. We didn't know anything was wrong until our inbound started failing at 5PM on a Friday. Luckily we only had a couple numbers ported over so it didn't affect many customers.

I'm not a happy DashCS customer
