Is this a ringback tone heard in the handset, or is the loudspeaker in
the phone base playing audible ringing?
Does the icon for the call show two-way arrows?
What SIP platform?
We've not seen this and have hundreds of Polycom phones in service,
mostly on a Broadsoft platform.
