[VoiceOps] Listing Question

Question for US based subscribers:

Does anyone have a good, foolproof method of handling foreign white page listings and getting customer TNs into all 411 databases?  We have found that many domestic phone companies will not accept FWPLs from Voip Service Providers....the whole thing can get messy and thorny.  We have a vendor partner that does our 411 for us but not all companies subscribe to their data bases we have found...hit or miss in actual practice.

Any ideas?
