Couldn't agree more, but believe it or not the ability to do captioned listings is still a deal breaker for a surprising number of companies.

I've heard that from other people.  Don't believe there's much that
can be done there unless the DIDs are non-ELS.

On another note:

Someone still uses phone books?

I'm not trying to be flippant;  bewilderment was just my initial
reaction to this question in 2010Q1.
