[VoiceOps] Difficulties sending calls to Magic Jack

Why not, I mean, the customer already prepaid their service and I would 
imagine getting a refund is basically impossible.

I'm pretty sure this violates CPNI though by telling callers who their 
phone company is and that they have service, right? Just thinking out 
loud here.
