[VoiceOps] Broadsoft Packetsmart

Hello Ujjval,

We use the Packetsmart product for LAN assessments and QoS monitoring when we feel customer networks are suspect.  The product works really well and pricing has gotten a lot better since Packet Island owned it.  Let me know if you have any questions, I'd be glad to help.
