[VoiceOps] Level 3 issues Tennesse?

We had some customer complains in the east coast & all our gear tested clean. Calling into Level 3 we were told about a fiber cut in Nashville but now there is no acknowledgement from Level 3. Anyone saw call failures, lomg pdds one way audio issues.

Issues started about 315 pm mst & went away about 4 pm mst by itself.
