[VoiceOps] Massive outage?

Well I rarely report outages to the list, but we can't get any traffic via any of our carriers right now. They're all responding to our SIP messages but can't seem to get any circuits going – things are just timing out. Also, can't reach www.he.net.

Anyone else have any interesting fun going on?
