Not sure, but I think that you put the real name in LIDB and rely on the "Generic Name Privacy Indicator" to enforce the "unlisted" function for directory assistance lookups.

  Trying to dig back to pstn days but can't quite remember. If I have an unlisted number what should I do with CLID and CNAM?  I seem to recall delivering both and that if the sub wanted blocking of CLID they had to enable that feature but they were not tied together.  If it's unlisted do we update lidb with unlisted?
