[VoiceOps] SIPNOC

Speaking of... voiceops picked up about 50 new members in the past two weeks.  It looks like about 1/3 of the SIPNOC attendees signed up, pushing voiceops over 800 members!

I'll agree with David that SIPNOC was a great event.  Excellent technical talks, great discussions, excellent food and WiFi... all around a great event.  If you aren't aware of the event, it was the first year that SIP Forum produced the event and its website can be found at:
