[VoiceOps] Inbound DID pricing model

So now that Verizon decided to change their pricing from Unlimited
Channels/Unlimited Minutes inbound DID pricing to being charged per minute
for inbound calls, is there another carrier that offers the old model
pricing?

I know most carriers do either 1) Unlimited channels and per minute pricing
or 2) Per channel pricing / Unlimited minutes.

This topic is probably in a grey area for this list so I apologize if I
offend anyone.
