[VoiceOps] Sprint Wireless

Not always useful.  We have that too, but our Sprint phone was able to call
the numbers with this issue while other Sprint phones were not.  I never
found out the root cause, but all of the problems were happening to people
who were in a specific location with about a five mile radius.
