[VoiceOps] Cell Phone to SIP provider

Oren, our company provides a service where we provide a SIPRAN at the edge.
This is a Pico Cell deployment strategy where the output is SIP and 711/729
at the edge and can be integrated to most IP phone systems. If you would
like we can take this off line to discuss further.
