Good Morning:

I'm looking for a small CLEC (or two) to partner with, who have
existing facilities in New York and/or Nevada. (In this case, you need
your own interconnection agreement, native local numbers, and your own
trunks to the local tandems). If there is anyone out there that fits
the bill, please drop me a line off-list, and we can discuss in more
depth what we have in mind.
