Hey, that worked!  I had no idea what a valid area code might be to get past that, but tried one of the Detroit overlays (313) and it let me right in.  Fantastic.

Say it's in MI. There's only some special circumstances where a tollfree is controlled by different resporgs in different areas, and in that case the resporg ID is MULT and the only carrier that can touch it is the SMS 800 helpdesk, so it's a moot point.
