[VoiceOps] Customer Premise Firewall/Router Recommendations

Ill bump Edgewater as well. Ive been using them for about 5 years and 
they are stellar. Their ALG actually solves problems instead of creating 
them, and gives you as the service provider an incredibly robust tool 
set to monitor and troubleshoot your customers with.
