Upside:  The boxes work.  Support is good.

Downside:  No CLI to speak of.  Features, interfaces, and call capacity
limited by license.

We have for the most part abandoned Edgewater for the Adtran Netvanta
3120 and/or TA900 series units.  No per-call or per-feature license
issues to deal with on the Adtran, ten-year warranty and very feature-rich.
