[VoiceOps] 911 test instructions/sign-off

We do it for them.  Only way we've found to make sure it gets done and fixed
if we do find a problem.

 

I'm primarily talking about business customers though.

How do the rest of you handle having customers test their 911 service on
installation?  Do any of you have them sign off that it's been completed?
Any instruction documents you can share?
