[VoiceOps] AT&T Wireless No Audio

Is anyone else experiencing incoming audio issues from AT&T Wireless
customers?  Several of our business customers have been complaining since
late yesterday afternoon about it.  We are located in Illinois and I'm
curious how widespread the issue is.
