[VoiceOps] Level 3 TN Inventory

Eric,
Do you have an FTP account for the CDR records? In the same FTP server, 
under the respective product code is a folder called phbk which has a 
csv file generated daily with all of your TN;s in it.

At least thats how I get reports on my TN Inventory, so I know it can be 
done.
