Sprint wants to offer MVNO - and they have different flavors.
It is a long process.
It works best if you have a Broadsoft that you can integrate via MPLS 
with Sprint, so that the mobile phones are actually on-net to your switch.

You need to consider 3 things:
- billing - bytes and minutes
- handset fulfillment (including config and RMA)
- bundling
