Hello Grant,

If you're looking for a flexible cost-effective SBC, I will do some
shameless self-promotion here and suggest Sangoma's new line of SBCs
(NetBorder/Vega Session Controllers). There are several options, including
Virtual-Machine-based solution (with hardware-assisted RTP management)

I apologize in advance if I should have replied to Grant directly (not sure
what the the netiquette dictates here). Feel free to contact me off list if
you need more information.
