[VoiceOps] Bandwidth.com PDD issues?

If it's clearly showing it in a SIP trace or a PCAP that they are taking
10+ seconds to respond unless you've got some return path networking
issues how in the heck could it be you?

Is anyone else seeing post-dial delays exceeding 10 seconds with
bandwidth.com? We're seeing quite a lot of it primarily to numbers in
Southern California and their tech people are saying it's just us.
