[VoiceOps] Help with Incoming calls to 256-574-3285

US Cellular cell phone. In New Hampshire.
No ring. Long pause. 10+ seconds. Poor quality ready,ready heard.
Once I only heard half the message before cutting out.
Called 3 times.
