[VoiceOps] Hawaii SIP Orig/Term

Hi All,

  We're looking for local (as local as possible) SIP origination and
termination in Hawaii.

  Ideally I could hand my RTP traffic directly to *something*
connected to an IMT without having to go all the way back to the
mainland. Need to do orig too so portability is a must.

  Anything reasonable available that anyone knows of?
