[VoiceOps] Pacwest down for anyone else?

We were told: root cause is due to a power failure at an LA POP; this
also caused an issue with their back-up power contingency.

We heard service was to be restored within an hour. That was at 3:00pm
(eastern).

So far I haven't heard anything else.
