We used to get support from ECG - primarily from Mark Lindsey who is
also on this list.  I can't say enough good things about them and him.
 Unfortunately, for me, the company I work for acquired a number of
smaller VoIP providers and we moved everything to Acme/Oracle support.
 This was not a reflection of ECG but vendor consolidation (we have
other Oracle contracts)

If you search the archives I'm sure you'll find his contact details as
well as a wealth of other knowledge that he has imparted.
