[VoiceOps] XO E-SIP

I think this is going to become more and more common service providers are
getting sick and tired of trying to support people bringing in their PBX
phone system and because it's not following the RFC or the service
provider isn't following the RFC closely enough weird stuff starts to
happen. Calls start failing and both parties point the finger at the other
party and no one wins.

support as in, they will not provide service because it's not 'certified'

http://www.xo.com/unify/sip/pbx-guides/

they show Digium Switchvox is certified, which runs asterisk but not
asterisk.

thanks
