[VoiceOps] T1 Crossover Cable

Cross over cable won’t have anything to do with the D channel.  If the T1 comes up then the cable is fine.  I.e.  If both ends are getting timing & framing then the cable is good.   For the D-channel down make sure you are setting both ends to the correct ISDN mode, D channel on 23 and all that.
