[VoiceOps] County code problem

Wondering if anyone has any experience with an issue we are having.
Our area code is 989, and some of our customers are complaining of
cell phones that register our incoming calls as IRAN in the caller ID,
because they are picking up on our area code as a country code.   We
are sending these calls through Inteliquent.  Any feedback?
