Oh, okay, so there's been some progress in this area since I last looked 
around.

I suppose it's moderated by the degree to which the Tier 1 CLEC 
oligopoly that feeds the VoIP supply chain is willing to participate. 
And it sounds like their willingness may be higher than I imagined.
