[VoiceOps] Sprint sales contacts

Our SIP PIN service with them was shut down by them a couple months ago.
I'm told there isn't a product to replace it currently. It would be nice to
be able to send Sprint PCS traffic to them directly, but I can't find a way
to do it.

Our sales rep in Reston, VA was laid off a couple weeks ago.
