Update to my L3 ticket:

"Contact method: EMAIL & PORTAL
Client contacted: NOC
Update provided:  Client reported experiencing Dead air on TF calls routing over the Dallas NBS.
Next action: Level3 IP found SONUS INVITES were not reaching the clients.
This issue has been cleared at this time.
Approximate time frame of occurrence 15:50-17:16 GMT.

Level3 Engineers are currently investigating why the traffic was not offered to the client's network. 

We will provide additional information as we receive it.

At this time the issue has been cleared and calls are completing.

Yes, matches our time window.



Level3 did a very poor job managing this. NO network events still posted on
their portal and NOC had no idea, while their team was obviously working to
fix it in the background.
