You guys do a LOT of research on here. You're constantly making your network better. The science/academic community is mostly done doing the easy 90% of VoIP innovation. Now we in the industry have to make it really work.

-- As for you other frequent contributors -- like Shripal Daphtary, Ryan Delgrosso, Alex Balashov, Jay Hennigan, Carlos Alvarez -- I know you've got some real triumphs and challenges from the past few years that you could bring us in on.
