I stand corrected. Verizon didn't say NTF, they said they resolved it but were not specific on how.

I don't know why Verizon would be generating an audible error message instead of sending us a SIP 503 error code so we could progress on to another carrier, which is what we have always seen them do in the past.  Is anyone else seeing a similar behavior on Verizon?
