[VoiceOps] CenturyLink / Qwest packet loss and poor call quality

Anyone seeing packet loss / poor call quality from CenturyLink toll free,
specifically out of NY? We have numerous complaints this morning and of
course SMS800 is crawling so we're not able to re-route yet.
