[VoiceOps] Wideband AMR

Ha I wish. Considering that Verizon and AT&T have not even interconnected
with HD voice yet, do you really think they are going to allow CLECs to do
so? I mean it would be great because VoIP providers with HD phones could
call cell phones with HD-Voice, but we are a long way off from that
happening.
