Wanting to pick the brain trust on this email distro to see what CDR mediation solutions you have/are using.

Pros/Cons

Requirements:

?  CDR aggregation from multiple switch platforms

?  Mediation

?  Manual & scheduled reporting (email / ftp)

?  Rating:

o   Vendor rate decks

o   Customer rate decks

?  Nice to haves:

o   Call correlation

o   API

o   Multitenant
