We would be able to offer Skype For Business connected to Office 365.

Cheers

Subject: [VoiceOps] IP Telephony Managed Service Provider in the US?

Hi all,

Is there anyone in the US that can offer this for a US based company?

Key requirements (from one of our US customers):

* US-based redundant PBX hardware. This is largely due to the fact that round-trip times to US-based PBX hardware would induce larger-than-desired delays in the communications link, but relying on trans-Atlantic network links strikes me as hazardous, too.
* SRTP and encrypted SIP- preferably with large key sizes (4096 bits)
* Flexible device support- primarily Polycom VVX 500 desk sets, but a smattering of other devices and VOIP softphones as well.
* Managed- not just hosted- service. When there's a problem, all we do it report it and the provider takes responsibility for restoring service. System and software updates, security audits, etc, are handled proactively without need for us to initiate
* Find me-Follow me, preferably user-configurable
* Individually addressable desk/mobile extensions
* Personal conference rooms, accessible from a 5-digit extension number and a single DID line/IVR setup. No 18-digit dialing requirements for conference rooms.
* Call queues with self-serve membership
* US and EMEA presence for inbound calling
* Reasonably-priced global outbound calling
* Music On Hold (Symas can provide content)
* HD-Voice and other modern codecs
* Voicemail
* High-quality system voice prompts.
* Shared BLF, preferably user-programmable
* Intercom where supported
* Call Hold/Forward/Transfer/Ad-hoc conference/Park/DND

Extras and nice-to-haves:

* REST API for integrating with IDAM solutions
* Template-based configuration- ideally used in conjunction with REST API.
* Flat-rate pricing, at least provided we stay within some defined level of PBX complexity and size

Thoughts?
