[VoiceOps] Who is doing MMS?

Jay,
At this time you still need to buy or interconnect with someone that has a
Gateway Service to the interconnected SMS/MMS players. I've played with
that URI but it's not activated or used by most switches today in NPAC
lookups. May be changing in the near future though. Near for Telecom is
defined by 20+years. (LOL)
