[VoiceOps] comissioning / testing of voip solutions

Good afternoon all,

I'm looking for info on vendors that maybe do bench marking of voip solutions. Superficially, independent attestation of quality, etc. Have any of you worked with third parties or testing utilities to test quality and standards based requirements of VOIP solutions?
