Hi Alex

It is raw packet capture [e.g. SIP, ENUM etc RTP and RTCP] from a tap such as a span sport/port mirroring. Totally vendor independent  standalone system, software only, runs on Debian Linux. Also can act as a VQ Collector to collect  out-of-band RTCP-XR
