We've used Sonar and it is designed for ISP/WISP users. The call rating is quite lacking. We are actually switching to Omniware. It is built on MS Dynamics CRM, which we already use for our CRM so that was a bonus.

What are you all using for your B/OSS software? Ours is home grown and we're looking to replace. We've looked at Sonar and it has potential but is more ISP/WISP oriented. What are other's experiences in 3rd party solutions?
