[VoiceOps] All Circuits Busy?

I realize this is a bit of a fishing expedition, but is anyone seeing an recent increase of all circuits busy conditions over the last week or know of any PSTN trunk capacity problems?

Unfortunately, I can't be more specific because we are seeing an uptick but doesn't seem isolated to any one of our PSTN carriers. It is also not isolated to any one geography.
