[VoiceOps] MetaSwitch UC vs. others

Could those of you that have used both MetaSwitch's UC solutions and FreePBX\3CX\etc. offer some feedback on how the products compare? I know the intent is different parts of the market, but FreePBX\3CX are used in hosted environments all of the time.
