Hi Rob -
Basically not many. The big one's making sure they've 999 (=911) set up.
It'll also depend who you contract with - if you contract directly with the
UK part of the business, then you'd
probably have to register with an ombudsman service and deal with a slew of
other requirements. If you
contract with the US main office, not so much.
