You will also want to notify hotel security when a 911 call is placed.    The 911 call still goes to the PSAP but a second connection goes to security so they can possibly respond.  It also helps when security knows what is going on as the police/ambulance show up at the front door.

I’ve never heard of any other 911 requirement for hotel or business phones outside of not have to dial 9 to dial 911, ie 9911. Kari’s Law.

Can anyone provide a link with more information?
